We currently support businesses from jurisdictions where cannabis trade (medical, recreational, or hemp-derived) is legally permitted. Our platform actively covers North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Australia, and South America. During registration, you will be asked to select your jurisdiction, and the platform will display only the products and services available and compliant in your region. We continuously expand to new jurisdictions as regulations evolve.

How do I find products on the marketplace?

Navigate to the Marketplace section from the main navigation. You can filter products by:

  • Origin country and producer

  • Minimum order quantity
  • Price range
  • Compliance status
Every listing includes detailed product specifications, laboratory test results, compliance documentation, and producer verification status. You can save favorites and set up alerts for new listings matching your criteria.

How do I place an order?

Once you find a product you want to purchase:

Step 1: Click "Request Quote" on the product listing.
Step 2: Specify your quantity, destination, and any custom requirements.
Step 3: The producer (or our brokerage team) responds with a customized quote within 48 hours.
Step 4: Review and accept the quote. A draft contract is generated automatically.
Step 5: Both parties sign the contract digitally through the platform.
Step 6: Fund the escrow account with your payment.
Step 7: The producer ships the product, and you can track the shipment in real-time.
Step 8: Upon delivery confirmation and inspection, escrow funds are released to the producer.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Step 3 — Buyer confirms receipt: Upon delivery, the buyer inspects the product and confirms acceptance (or files a dispute within 48 hours).
Step 4 — Funds released: Upon acceptance, funds are released to the seller minus applicable platform fees.

Escrow accounts are held at regulated financial institutions with deposit insurance. Funds can never be accessed by Global Cannabis Products for operational purposes.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

No penalties or lock-in fees apply.
