Our compliance engine auto-verifies that all required licenses and permits are valid for this specific trade route.
Secure Escrow Funding
The buyer funds the transaction through our secure escrow system via wire transfer, platform balance, or approved cryptocurrency. Funds are held at a regulated financial institution and are never accessible by either party or by Global Cannabis Products. The producer sees a "Funded" status and is authorized to begin fulfillment.
Logistics, Shipping & Real-Time Tracking
The producer packs and ships the product through our integrated logistics network (or their own carrier). Our system generates all required export documentation — customs declarations, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and compliance permits. The buyer tracks the shipment in real-time via GPS on their dashboard with automated alerts at every milestone: picked up → in transit → customs clearance → out for delivery → delivered.
Delivery Confirmation & Inspection
Upon delivery, the buyer has a 48-hour inspection window to verify that the product matches the contract specifications — quantity, quality, certifications, and condition. The buyer confirms acceptance through the platform, or files a dispute if there are discrepancies. Disputes are handled by our dedicated resolution team with full evidence review.
Escrow Release & Payment
Once the buyer confirms acceptance, escrow funds are released to the producer minus applicable platform and escrow fees. Payment is made via the seller's preferred method — wire transfer, platform balance, or cryptocurrency. Full transaction records, compliance documentation, and audit trails are permanently stored in both parties' accounts for regulatory purposes.
